How do I start my first focus session?
Simply tap the 'Start Session' button in the app. MentalMind will guide you through your first Pomodoro session.
Can I customize the timer duration?
Yes! Go to Settings > Timer Settings to adjust your focus and break durations.
How do I enable AI insights?
AI insights are available in the Pro version. Upgrade to Pro in the app to access personalized productivity recommendations.
Technical Issues
The app keeps crashing. What should I do?
Try restarting the app and your device. If the issue persists, please email us with your device details.
My data isn't syncing across devices.
Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on all devices and have iCloud sync enabled in the app settings.
Notifications aren't working.
Check your device's notification settings for MentalMind and ensure the app has permission to send notifications.

How do I upgrade to Pro?
Tap the 'Upgrade to Pro' button in the app or go to Settings > Subscription to manage your Pro features.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
